Hello there my friend. My name is Ben and since you’re reading this you’re probably experiencing DPDR, just as I did. Believe me you can get through this! I have, and so have thousands of others. During my dpdr recovery I took a handful of supplements, which I want to share with you.
Before I give you the list though I want to point out I didn’t take a supplement and suddenly my dpdr was gone.
However, I did recover 100% from DPDR and I die take supplements during my DPDR, so maybe, just maybe, they did help me during my recovery that beeing said here is the list of supplements I took during my DPDR journey:
- Enterosgel
- Cleansing supplement (detox)

- St John’s Wort

- Stress & Anxiety Relief Supplement
The first three supplement suggestions had the largest impact on my DPDR. Thus, I can strongly recommend trying all three of them. The other supplements were beneficial but not to the degree of the first three.
Furthermore, you could try a prebiotic and/or a probiotic.
